Flights organized by AERIAL JETS, LLC shall only be sourced by Direct Air Carriers that meet Wyvern or Arg/US standards and adhere to all FAA safety standards and any other additional safety standards established by AERIAL JETS, LLC.

AERIAL JETS, LLC is an Air Charter Broker and not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. All air service shall be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. AERIAL JETS, LLC does not carry additional liability insurance. Passengers are covered by aircraft operator insurance.
