AERIAL JETS, LLC acts strictly as an Agent for the Charterer or client; All Aircraft and Air Carriers selected by AERIAL JETS, LLC are fully certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department Of Transportation under Part 135 Regulations and EU Ops Standards. Flights organized by AERIAL JETS, LLC shall only be sourced by Direct Air Carriers that meet Wyvern or Arg/US standards and adhere to all FAA safety standards and any other additional safety standards established by AERIAL JETS, LLC.

AERIAL JETS, LLC is an Air Charter Broker and not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. All air service shall be provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. AERIAL JETS, LLC does not carry additional liability insurance. Passengers are covered by aircraft operator insurance.
